Advanced Passenger Information

Advanced Passenger Information is also referred to as API or E-Borders.

The UK Home Office requires airlines to collect API from passengers before their date of travel on routes to and from the UK. Your airline is therefore legally required to collect and pass information concerning your travel documentation, date of birth and nationality to border control. It is therefore essential that you supply this information to your airline before your date of travel. Failure to do so could result in you being refused travel.

API information is required for the following airlines and can be submitted online:

Your airline reservation number is located on your ticket/s and you can submit API directly on your airline's website.

EasyJet
Wizz Air
Jet2 (summer flights only)
Thomson
Norwegian (summer flights only)
FlyBe

API information for the following flights will be collected at check-in for your flight:

Adria Airways
Croatia Airlines
Balkan Holidays Air (BH Air)
Montenegro Airlines
Enter Air (winter flights only)
Norwegian (winter flights only)
Jet2 Charter (winter flights only)
Bulgaria Air (winter flights only)

If you do not see your airline listed above please contact our Reservations team on 0207 543 5555.
